Start Walking

National start walking day was a success at my office. I had a few co-workers come along for the journey that started out slow. Being the leader of the pack I was able to direct the pace to a brisk walk. The city continued to do road construction but this time we had to dip and dodge men with jack hammers. The day was another beautiful one after the rain subsided from earlier this morning. Hopefully we can continue to get more people to walk everyday. Remember to take a break, go outside, and take a walk at lunch.

National Start Walking Day

Next week is National Start Walking Day. If you have not started walking yet, next Wednesday is a great day to start. The American Heart Association wants everyone to join and walk on April 8th. If you don't have time to walk before or after work than Walk at Lunch. Check out this website.

Another Beautiful Day in Paridise

Today was another beautiful day. The sun was out with a slight breeze. The walk at lunch was a much needed break from work. They are still doing road work on my journey after completing a round about they have now decided to put ramps at all of the sidewalks. Remember to keep walking at lunch
